Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from our company. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. The item must be returned in good condition. Return or exchange must be made with in 15 business days with receipt upon receiving. If you have an item you wish to return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department 800-952-2268 within 15 days from the invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. We reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including original packaging.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify our Customer Service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.
Shipping police
Our operations will generally support shipment by the second day after an item is purchased. Saturday, Sundays and Holiday are not business days, so orders placed over the weekend will almost always ship on the next Monday or Tuesday afternoon.

Standard shipment inside the USA usually take about 3-10 business days. Expedited shipment -next day and 2nd day air shipment service are available. Please contact us for the expedited shipping rate.
Out side the US our primary method of shipment is via US. Post Office (USPS).
TRACKING NUMBERS: You will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped. Please retain this information for your reference. DHL tracking is door-to-door.

Payment Policy
We currently accept Visa credit card payments, Paypal, and personal checks. We do not add credit card surcharges to your purchases. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address, shipping address and telephone number as those on record with your credit card company. Incorrect Information may cause delays in processing of your order. You will be notified via email or via telephone if your order cannot be processed and is suspended due to the above reason.
California residents will be automatically charged applicable sales tax at checkout. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you will be charged. Please notify us within 30 days, if the terms and conditions stated in the order form differ from those stated on our invoice. Not doing so will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions on the invoice.
Changes and Cancellation
Changes or cancellation of online orders can be made at any time during the shopping process. Once order has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. If you need to make any change after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do this on a timely manner will allow orders to be processed.
Availability
If an item becomes out of stock or is no longer available you will be notified via e-mail and explain your options. Any backorders are filled when the item becomes available.
